At Gorman, we want you to love your colorful new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund or exchange provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and secure.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized post office or drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
